Fresh-Start Challenge: Good Whisk Bread
I’ve managed to make it this far in life without ever really learning to cook. That’s not to say I can’t cook. I can follow a recipe and do so on occasion, but I don’t really have any sort of understanding of how food preparation works, and certainly don’t cook very regularly. Because of that, when I first heard about the Fresh-Start Challenge on the Cook for Good website I was intrigued. It walks you gradually into making all your food, not only from scratch, but very inexpensively and, if your budget allows, organically. Today I made my first batch of Good Whisk Bread, and it was delicious! Sorry you can’t taste it, but here’s a photo:
